Don't be Afraid

Sorta a preview/exert from chapter 13 from Coup D'Etat.

Sasuke leaned in. He was so close just then that she could feel his very essence, the heat from his body radiating into her own even though they weren't touching.

Electricity charged under her skin, through the channels of her being.

She was afraid of him.

"Don't," he muttered, eyes so very serious and open. It was as if some sort of key had turned and unlocked all of his secrets, bearing them before her, though she could not get understand. "Just don't."

And then he was gone.
